These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between yay9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("User", "you"). By accessing or using the yay9.cam website, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The yay9.cam website and all services included within it.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account registered by a user.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in an account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money received through promotions that may be used subject to specific conditions.

To open an account and play on the yay9 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

2.1 Registration Process

You must provide your correct name, active mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration. If you register with false information, your account may be cancelled at any time and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method.
• Deposited funds must come from your own personal account.
• Depositing using a third party's or someone else's account is prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, your account balance is generally updated instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or when deemed necessary, we may request you to submit identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving license) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
• The welcome bonus is applicable only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same game (arbitrage) for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions is prohibited.
• yay9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the terms of any bonus are violated, the relevant bonus funds may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The yay9 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on a user's gaming activity, and the decision to promote a user is made by yay9.

All games on yay9 are conducted in an honest and fair manner. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting a game.

6.1 Game Results

• The results of all games are determined by a technically verified random number generator (RNG).
• Game results are final. No result will be changed except in the case of a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection, the system will automatically settle it.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes a game to display an abnormally large prize, that prize will be considered void and yay9 will refund the relevant bet. Intentionally exploiting a technical error is a prohibited activity.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these conditions will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — such as intentionally placing losing bets to meet bonus conditions.
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Collusion or gaining a gaming advantage by conspiring with other players.
• Money laundering or introducing illegal funds.
• Harassing or threatening yay9 staff.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Accessing another person's account or playing on their behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yay9 is not liable for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Account losses resulting from third-party activities.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming decisions.

In the event of any dispute, yay9's system logs and records will be considered the final evidence.

10.1 Account Closure by User

If you want to close your account, send a request to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid funds before the account is closed, however bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.
